The top section gives a permit to the Server. Click "Access to Medscribbler" (only click all four for an administrator only, security) The bottom sets the Medscribbler database permits. An user can have no Medscribbler database permits but still connect, for limited use of setup, messaging and other non security sensitive tasks.
