It is important to set the font default before proceeding with setting up any forms. |
Select a font maked TT (True Type) or O (Open Type). The font listing is all the fonts on the computer. Many programs add fonts to the computer but Medscribbler needs TT or O fonts which are scalable. Generally a good default to chose is Times New Roman, Regular, Size 9 |
Click once on the red outline box on the toolbar. Click once where the information box is to be located. |
Once on the form the box can be moved and resized with the cursor. This follows the normal method of clicking and holding on a box edge when the box is selected. For additional help on moving/resizing boxes consult any wordprocessing or paint program on frame or selection box sizing/moving or a Microsoft Certified Professional. |
With the box selected, click on View and Box properties. |
The font for the box can be changed from the default. Add in the order you want to appear in the box the information available from the database that is displayed in the scroll down list. Highlight and use the plus and minus buttons to add. Closing the box saves the configuration. |

A static text message can also be entered. Mixing static text and database information can not be done in the same box. Use two side by side boxes for display of static and database text together. |
