The top section gives a permit to the Server. Click "Access to Medscribbler" (only click all four for an administrator only, security) The bottom sets the Medscribbler database permits. An user can have no Medscribbler database permits but still connect, for limited use of setup, messaging and other non security sensitive tasks. |

If a user was set up for the Server and given a permit to access the Medscribbler database but no user name exists in the Medscibbler Database, this error will appear. |

These are logs of activity in a patient's record. The patient file number can be obtained in the clerical Patient List display. This is well beyond HIPAA requirements. The log is unalterable and can help in any patient initiated privacy challenge. |
